Reclamo N° 158501

Hi I have to write to you couse today, something incredible happend to me; something that never happend in my entire life , and i will tell this to everyone, even on google ! They should know what to expect if they will come here. I had to go to buy an ice cream for my wife at ISOLA VERDE - near Salerno ; the girls over there refuzes to understand what i was trying to explain to them, what kind of icecream i want . Well, everything ....kinda normal till there . I showed her and explayned to her even with my fingers; it was really impossible not to understand what i wanted. Shat started to scream at me, she didn't wanted to give me the icecream or my money back. Unbeliveble ! To scream at your customers!! I asked her my money back and she throw with the money in me ! INCREDIBLE !!!! I asked her a superior who i can talk to - she showed me a collegue of her , a older one , but she doesn't speck english - she witnessed at the whole discussion. Convenient, right?
