Reclamo N° 78472

Dear Sir, This is Sunghoon Song. I rent a car at AVIS fiumiciono airport on 12 Dic. at 20:00 and returned the car on 17 Dic. 2017. My reservation number with AVIS is 0296-4662-IT-1. I have a problem. When I rented a car, there was a very small scratch on the middle of front passenger door. It was really small like 2mm big. I asked AVIS staff to write this on the contract, but he said it is OK because small scratches are not concerned. When I returned the car, their staff told me that he have to report this scratch to recover. It is really non sense. One staff said OK, but the other asking me to cover???? It is even not so easily visible. AVIS took 709.53 euro on my credit card for repair. To recover this kind of small scratch, it cost less than 100 euro. But, they took 709.53 euro.
