I write in English first because I write better in English. I am an Italian citizen residing in province of Padova. 1 October 2016 I bought a new Fiat 500X 1.6 Multiject Popstar from Ongarato Motors in Mira (VE). It was a "Zero km" car. I was told the car came with all the standard features which came with a new 500X which includes UConnectLIVE. From the beginning UConnectLIVE has not functioned. Immediately I began comminicating with Fiat FCA regarding this problem. For six months they have told me that there is a problem of incompatability between UConnectLIVE and Apple telephone, but they were working toward finding a solution. However, as of last week at the beginning of April, 2017 they now tell me that the true problem is that my Fiat 500X was actually built to be sold as a "fleet car" to a Spanish autonoleggio company and it never had UConnectLIVE installed. Further, they tell that UConnectLIVE cannot be retrofitted to correct this problem. The question is how do I get the problem corrected or get a new Fiat 500X equipped correctly and as advertised?
