Reclamo N° 349794

Dear Sir/Madam, I live and work in Milano for almost one year and I have rented a car from Milano Airport Linate for one day (27th October). I have taken at 10.00 o'clock in the morning and I had returned it back (Milano Airport Linate) on 22.00 at night. Next day I had received the return statement and they said that there is an issue in the tyre. As they said, Broken left tyre. As you can see from the picture they only mentioned a specific mark in the tyre. For that reason, they want to charged this for 250 €.
