Hello, i m romanian citizen that travelled on holiday in Italy renting a car from Autovia, in Bergamo Airport, from the 26 to the 31.12.2019. (Noleggio N° 460342). The car was rented through an online broker called discovercars.com that gave me a voucher for autovia. Here are the problems- firstly the guy from the desk called me romanian gipsy in italian not knowing that i do know the language (we were speaking in english). Then he gave me the keys to the car and i went to get it from the parking lot. The guy from the parking lot didn t want to inspect the car, and on the paper of rent were mentioned damages to the outside, not the inside. After taking the car back - in the early morning i dropped the car keys- i received an invoice for car damage on the front cushion of the driver seat - 250 euros. I didn t cause the damage so i debated this with them. They said i should have noted this from the start but it wasn t any real damage nor at the begining or the end of rent. Ans they didn t want to inspect the car. This is unacceptable for me as they treated me very disrespectful and practically steal money making up this kind of damage. I have a full coverage warranty with discovery cars but they don t cover interior damage so i had to pay 250 euros . I officialy would like you to handle this problem- i request full refund. I can give you all the documents issued by autovia. Thank ypou very much.
