Ho affitato una macchina con Leasys in Rome for Dec 22 and they charge my credit card with a 600 EUR fee. It's more than 3 weeks since I return the vehicle and the charge is still on my credit card, preventing me from doing other purchases in my trip. Company hasn't answered my complaints via email.
