I am writing to submit a complaint regarding a series of issues I encountered during my travel on October 2, 2023, from Mallorca to Milan Malpensa on the Ryanair flight departing at 19:20 and arriving at 21:05. The problems I experienced are as follows: Complaint Issues: My flight with Ryanair was delayed by 3 hours, and I arrived at Malpensa Airport at 00:30. Due to this delay, the car rental company, Sicily byCar, had already closed for the day, and I was unable to pick up the rented car. I was only able to pick up the car on the following morning, October 3, 2023, at 7:00. However, I was charged for the rental of the previous day, even though I was not able to use the car. During my rental period, I was involved in a minor accident with the rented vehicle, and I have attached the accident report for your reference. On the morning of October 5, 2023, I returned the car at Milan Bergamo Airport, and a second authorization hold was placed on my credit card due to the accident, resulting in approximately €1,500 in total authorization holds. I have attempted to communicate with the rental company via email regarding these issues, but I have not received any response or resolution.
