I booked a car with Sicily by Car online for 3 days starting on July 24 18:00 till July 27 18:00. I already paid the total rental cost in advance through my bank card. When we visited on time to pick the car the Representative refuse to accept the bank card on which I paid and booked the car. He demanded for Credit card only. Which I don't had. We offered him the my friends credit card who was accompany me and presented on the spot but he refused as the car is only booked on my name. He closed the office and we visited him next day at 9:00 and asked again with new booking on friend's name but he refused again and informed that he cancelled our booking yesterday and the car is also not available as it was given to another customer. He asked me to call the company which I did and they ask me to send email for refund. I sent 3 emails and called them 3 times but they are not answering to any of my email. I need my refund of €223.82 plus compensation for the trouble and stress I faced due to it.
