Reclamo N° 215653

Buonasera, vi scrivo per cercare di risolvere un problema che ho avuto con l'acquisto on line di seguito. Inserisco tutta la cronologia delle mail avvenute con il venditore. L'articolo doveva essere consegnato a luglio e ho richiesto il rimborso che non è avvenuto perché tramite paypall non c'è stata l'autorizzazione. Vi chiedo per favore se mi potete aiutare.
