Dear Sir/Madam,
I've made an online purchase on the auction house Aste Bolaffi (https://www.astebolaffi.it/en) of a gold roman coin.
This sale was made in december 2019 and since them i haven't received my purchase.
I've emailed the company severl times which always tells me that the shipping process is still ongoing.
This has been more than 6 months and i've even tried to request for a full refund!
Could you please help me? i don't know what else to do.
