Dear sir/ Madam My name is Bogdan Manole from Iași, str Aleea M. Sadoveanu Nr 59 G. ap 84 Romania. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service of SURPRICE RENT A CAR from Treviso Italy. I rented a car, with an suplimentar insurance, for my family vacancy in Italy ( my daughter participation at Italian Open Championship 2022 World Para Atletic Grand Prix ), Jesolo, Venetia, online, on 03 /05/2022 using a Booking service provided by DO YOU ITALY. My rental was registred with booking Reference DYI -44379895 for 6 days from 3 05 2022 hour 20.00 to 9 05 2022 hour 12.30 with obligation of the renter to pik me up from Treviso airport from "automatic cashier" near the airport and sign the rental contract. When I arrived,(Flight number W6 3660/03.05.2022) I expect up to 21.53 hour the renter to pik me up and sign the contract. Unfortunately nobody came and at the phone numbers, communicated in rental description, ( booking Reference DYI -44379895 ) nobody answered. I found thru internet another phone number of the renter and after many calls he came at 22.28 to pik me and sign the contract. When I present the documents the renter refuse to sign the contract because my credit card was a debit card not a credit card. I ask, that if my card was not conform, why the entire amount of money , 228,56 Eu, was extracted from my card. The reprezentant of the renter refuse to sign the contract for rental that I already paid for. I asked then, to return / refound, the transaction and he answers that in not his problem because this rent was done thru DO YOU ITALY booking service. 1. I consider that it is disproportionate to withhold the entire amount of , 228,56 Eu for a rental from which I did not benefit even for a second and I ask you to compel the renter/broker to refound entire amount of money. 2.Because of delays of the renter up to an hour (22. 28 ) when we could not find a public transportation with which to get to Jesolo, we was forced to pay 115 Eu to a taxi, for our transportation to Jesolo, I ask you to compel the renter to compensate amount of 115 Eu.
