Dear sir/mdm, I am filing an international report as I am from Singapore. Ii am at my wit's end as i have no one to ask regarding this situation that i am in. I bought two product from SensonNaturale on 28November 2019 but till date i have not received my items. I have paid for all the shipping fee and have given them the correct address to be delivered to. Payment has been made to them. I have sent them an email regarding my purchase but they have not get back to me either. i have sent once in December 2019 and an email in Febuary 2020. I have not receive any upate on my product. Product was supposed to be delivered 10/12 workings days. I am supposed to receive my items by 2nd week of december 2019. But i have received no news so far. Please advise on what can i do next. Thank you.
