Good morning.
I bought an item online to an italian shop.
After the payment ( with free shipping price) the seller told me that I should pay shipping price(arround 20€) because the webpage had an issue.
So I told to the seller to please cancel my order and receive the refund...
I received just insults and he didn't sent me the money back.
I'm really worried about this situation because I spent arround 120€ .
I'm sending many emails and he is not replying.
If is neccesary I can provide you the invoice.
