I have ordered a 3D printer and I have used emag vouchers to pay and I have payed also with bank card. After a few days they have canceled the order Comanda nr. 115361750 on emag site and after that they have changed the price of the product. I have contacted the Romanian eMag site to speak with the Toner Lab company to deliver to me the product but they have not responded yet the request is pending. Please assist regarding this case it is not possible that I have payed something and has not received because the company is not understand that I have payed with eMag vouchers. It is also wrong that the company doesn't want to deliver the goods with the price which was on the site first time and they have cancelled the delivery and they put the product on the site with a higher price. Thank you for the assistance.
