Hello, I live in Vilnius, Lithuanian and i have bought goods from MaxMara official online shop. Purchase order 37181484 of December 10, 2020. On December 30, 2020 i returned some goods to MaxMara, i have UPS delivery confirmation. Since that date i have not received any confirmation from MaxMara that my return was accepted and no refund issued. I have contacted MaxMara 2 times by email and every time they answer that as soon as goods are accepted by the warehouse my refund would be issued. But it is more than 3 weeks since they got the returned items and the value is 820 euros they are keeping. Can you please help me sort this out with Maxmara? thank you very much for your assistance Laima Biteniene
