Hello, my name is Daphne. In 19 Jan I have ordered the swimsuit from ARENA online shop. According to their shipping conditions, they should deliver my orders in 30 days.From beginning of February, I kept sending emails to their customer service asking about the shipping statues. They didn't send anything. I called ARENA headquarter and they could not help with online order. After i sent lots of angry, they said they refunded my money today 28 Feburary. This is totally unacceptable to me. If they could not ship out in 30 days, they should tell me in advance so that i will not waste one minute on them. And they told me in 28 Feb and I already wasted 40 days waiting and got nothing. This made customer disappointed and i need their apologized and made up for my time waiting and nothing received. Il servizio online ARENA è la più grande barzelletta dell'anno!
