Reclamo N° 152309

Hi I am Marko from Slovenia. On 13rd of May I bought TV on web site https://www.ilrinnovato.it/. Although the tv was marked as "dissponibile" and it should be shipped in 4 or 5 day as stated in their official conditions that didn't happed. I contact them few times and they keep postponing the delivery. Today they say that they will send it in the middle of the next week. I tried to cancel the order but they were very rude called me stupid and tell me that they will not return the money. I have all documents so that I can prove that. Can you please help me? I don't know what to do. Thank you Marko
