Reclamo N° 153273

Hi I paid 1.809 € for TV on web site https://www.ilrinnovato.it/ on 13 May 2019. Shipment should be on 22 May 2019. But nothing happed since then. When I write to them they respond that they will ship it soon. On Friday they aswered me that it was picked up from delievery company, but they do not wish to give me tracking number. I am in contact with another buyer who bought tv from them and never received. Please help me. I am available for further information on [email protected]
