I am contacting you from Spain because I have a problem with LaPavoni in Italy. In March or April of 2019, I purchased an espresso machine directly from them over the internet. In January of this year, it failed and I returned it under the 2 year warranty. The machine they shipped to me did not work, at all. My husband has sent them numerous emails but we get no response. Can you help us? We have already paid €399 for the machine, plus €90 to return the first one. I would like a machine that works, it the refund of what I have already paid. Thank you very much.
