Ladies and Gentlemen, I have ordered a customized spearfiishing wetsuit at https://www.alphawetsuits.com/. I ordered and payed shortly before the Corona lockdown und I received the suit in the end of May. This suit consist of a hoode jacket und a dungaree und should be taylored according to my infomartion, there more than 20 neasurements. At the first moment the suit seems to fit perfectly but after a while I realized the profortions of the dungaree are wrong; the upper legs to short, the body to long. So the srcotch is sagging like a skater baggy about 10cm. Since I would use this suit for combined hiking and swimming tours, the dungearee is more or less worthless to me. Since Mid-June I tried to contact the company - no answer. In the meantime I investigate a bit in the internet and didn't find out very much: no adress, no real factory. Item send from an adress of a mail despatch office but not from a factory. Since the invoice bears the name "Orcasub" and the bank to where I remit the money is in Sircusa I find out this company should be "Orca Sub di Coccimiglio Antti" Via Sicillia 7, Siracusa. But when I looked at GOOGLE Street view this adress seems not to exist. According to italian site this enterprise seems to be one-man company that just packs sports gear. What could you do to help me? Is there any chance to find out, who is reponsable to get either my money back or a dungaree in the rigt size. Who produced the wetsuit I ordered?
