Reclamo N° 175439

Dear Authority, I ordered the charm of 3 silver bracelets on gnoce.it online store. The site did not mention that these charms were sourced from China. Since I ordered to Hungary and direct from the Italian webshop, I suddenly realized that I had to pay customs duty. It turned out at the customs that the charms proclaimed as silver were not silver. Only silver plated. I wrote to the gnoce webshop that this is a fraud on their part and this is a deception of the buyer so I would like to get my money back which is 89 euros because I paid them so much. In response, I received a 10% discount coupon on my next purchase. I wrote to them thank you but I did not use this opportunity after being fooled and deceived. My question is, what chance do I have to get my money back from Gnoce? Where can I turn to investigate my case? Thank you in advance for your reply! Krisztina Patai
