Dear ladies and gentlemen, For 4 years our company has been a distributor of a manufacturer of measuring instruments from Italy. In December 2016 we bought 5 measuring equipment for our client in Bulgaria. The equipment was accompanied by the necessary documents and a calibration protocol, proving their good quality. They also have the CE marking. From the very first measurement, the customer has found that the equipment does not perform accurate readings - differently, beyond the error limits. At the warranty period, we sent the equipment to the manufacturer's factory for testing / repair twice. They were returned to the same state - they showed wrong / inaccurate reports. We sent them back to the factory again in 2018 and returned the equipment again faulty.. We have made significant non-recoverable costs for sending to and from the plant. Currently our client has sent us back to our office in Razgrad R-Bulgaria 4 faulty equipment with a warning that if we do not return them without defects, we will file a lawsuit against our company.
