Hello! I bought shoes 06.02.19 in Milan FITFLOP Store Milano via Cusani,4 20121 Milano . The seller said that the shoes are genuine leather. The paint began to peel off with shoes in the evening. Shoes have lost their shape. I came to the store with a request to change my shoes 07.02.2019. The seller said that there is no reason to make a replacement. The behavior of the seller was aggressive and rude. She shouted at me, threatened, insulted me with obscene words. She tried to push me out of the store. Then she called the police. The seller told the police that I was being aggressive. She lied to the police. This is a disgusting situation. I was very upset. I had intracranial pressure. My hands were shaking and there was a migraine. I felt very bad because of the aggressive behavior of the seller. I was very upset. I barely had the strength to reach the hotel. I had a birthday that day. I cried all evening because of the rough behavior of the seller. I never thought that the rights of buyers can be so grossly violated in Italy. Please help me understand this situation. I send a check and a photo of shoes.
