Hello! I filled up fuel at petrol station Totalerg close to Milan Malpensa Terminal 1. The station accepted only cash. And after I filled in some fuel depositing 50 euro, the machine told me I cannot get cash back because there is no such option. The receipt says that it is valid for 90 days on this POS. There was no warning about such problem! Totalerg stole my money, because they don't have any option to refund the problem, and no option to contact them. This is an absolutely inappropriate customer treatment! Can you help me? I have the receipt and can send it to you.
