I placed an online order with a company called FARNEED, for which i received an email confirmation on the 15/07/2023 order reference # 25495. The item, an awning, arrived without issue on the 24/07/2023. On the 22/08/2023 i sent my first email to Farneed to advise that the item broke and was unusable within two weeks of fixing the awning in place - it broke during the week commencing the 7th of Augs 2023. I have yet to recieve a response. The difficulty is that we do not speak fluent Italian, therefore unable to call them. I would really appreciate your assistance in this ,matter.
