Dear Consumatori,
I rented a car from ACE Rent a Car at the Milan Malpensa Airport from April 29, 2017 until 1 May 2017. The car provider at the airport was Goldcar./Rhodium.
I returned the car on 1 May with full gas. Nobody checked the car, I returned the keys at the counter and asked whether I have anything to do, the man said we are done, I can go.
On 3 May later I received an e-mail claiming that the tank was not full so they charge my credit card with EUR 61. I tried to call them many times but they did not pick up the phone. I wrote Goldcar on their website form on 4 May but they did not answer (however they promised to answer within 10 days).
I fueled the car with full gas right in front of the airport so it was full. I would like to get my money back, but the car rental company is not responding.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
