Reclamo N° 329672

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Taxi 4390 on May 16, 2024，from 18:30-19:00 around. I called a ride from Pizza de Pubblica (Firenze) to Fulin Restaurant( Via Lucchese, 38, 50019 Osmannoro FI). The driver charged me 52 euros for this trip, whereas the fare is usually around 20 euros. Secondly, In the receipt , The driver ticked the option I used the phone booking for the taxi ,but I just call in the TAXI Standing of Pizza de Pubblica. I am requesting an investigation into this matter and a refund for the overcharged amount and the cheating behaviour, thus to give the taxi company and/or the driver appropriate penalties.
