Reclamo N° 91972

I had a reservation at the Hotel Villa Fraulo in Ravello beginning 12 October 2017 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Due to circumstances I was unable to stay at this hotel but forgot to cancel the reservation. The hotel policy, as explained in an email I received, states that I am responsible for only 50% of the total charge. The hotel charged me 100% of the charge and refuses to refund the 50% due to me. I reported this to Expedia.com where I made the reservation and they tried to contact the hotel with no satisfaction.
