It's happen to me at the hotel Mozart in Milano. At the 30/11/23 at the morning.
I want to breakfast at the hotel, thecoffee machine in the dining room didn't worked and was leaking.
I went to pour myself some coffee and noticed that it was leaking and there was a plate under it. Before I had time to figure anything out, a woman came and started yelling at me. She coursed me in Italian!
I was in such shock, i couldn't bealive it's happening to me. I went to complain to the reception. The manager went to find out what was wrong.
Speaking in Italian, he said that “3 people saw that you broke the coffee machine.” Not only was I unfairly accused, they didn't even ask me for forgiveness for yelling.
in response to the yelling it was said “she only warned that it was dangerous, there are other people here. It’s not true. I was aggressively attacked. I was broth to tears after that.
