We rented car from AutoClick Rent Car company from 31 of May till 27 of June in Malpensa (Milan, Italy) office. Contract C88176 In the middle of our trip employees of AutoClick inform us (via e-mail and telephone) that we MUST to returne car immediately because Company has problems. Contract not working after 18 of June and police will be informed about it. We have a high risk that the car will be confiscated. We were unpleasantly surprised. We with three small children have traveled far from Malpensa. This created us real discomfort and caused moral damage from a broken vacation tour. We were in that time 150km away from Roma office (600 km from Malpensa) and your officer requested us to returne the car there. We have done it 12 of June. We rented car from other company in Rome. I asked from AutoClick via e-mail: 1. When will the money be refunded for the non used rental car days 12 - 27 of June? 12th we use car not for trip but for returning this to AutoClick. 2. Reimburse my costs 120 Euro that arose, because we was forced to change the car in Rome, and take in Malpensa I have replay from AutoClick - We are working to meet your refund request, but the company cannot guarantee the refund date due to ongoing proceedings carried out by the authorities, we regret the inconvenience caused and, if you wish, you can file a formal complaint through the dependence on consumer protection. We are not from Italy and we don't know exactly what we need to do. Can you help us? Regards, Oxana
