Dear UNC.
My name is Jakob, from Denmark.
in march 2018 I bought a phone from geeksmart18 a "well known seller" on ebay.it
order nr 273090640832, the phone was brand new.
My phone is not working right so I emailed geeksmart18 (8 jan, 2019) and they responded (9 jan, 2019) and told me to send a video of the problem to some email adress [email protected]
I respond right avay (9 jan, 2019)
There are 3 reasons why I cant, no addicinal camera, but the one in the phone, the phone wont connect to a pc, and I cant sent larger files by email.
so I emailed them back again asking for help on how I could do it and show prooof.
Now I have emaild them every day for a week or more, they will not respond. Please help me.
The phone is not even a year old.
I have already emailed the police of italy, by a link ebay.it custermor service have provided, but no respond eather.
What do I do when seller won´t respond?
