Fastweb committed to install internet at home within 5 days and it's been 2 weeks now. From December 12, 2019 up to now December 27, 2019 we had 3 appointments: 1 - On Dec 23 at 9 am: The technician called at 9:30 am (half an hour after the technician was supposed to come) me to postpone the appointment to Dec 24 at 9:30 am. 2 - On Dec 24 at 9:30 am, of course, no one came to take care of the installation. But worse, no one called to cancel the appointment, even though my wife and I were calling fastweb from 10 am until 5 pm. At 5 pm someone gave us an appointment for Friday, Dec 27 at 9 am. 3 - On Dec 27, at 9:00, no one has called to come or to cancel the appointment. We kept calling fastweb with no success, they don't commit with the installation and the only answer we had is that they will call me next week, no one actually said a day of next week, note that next week is new years eve. Fastweb's intricate system makes it obscure and I would like to file a formal complaint and compensation for the lack of respect and lies they were telling us (my wife and me) all the time, from the physical shop in Buenos Aires, Milano to the phone assistance, but especially the technician that cancel without notice and never responded to our calls. And for the time spent waiting for someone to come or call. I would also like to get information about legal complaints against fastweb and how can I change to another provider. I understand that they have broken the contract since they haven't done anything they said in the contract, so I understand I have no obligation with them but I want to make sure I do it right, because I really don't want fastweb to find obscure legal arguments to make the situation even worse. I would appreciate a response with the information require for legal action and what my rights are against fastweb here. Thank you, Angel
