I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service provided by your airline. I purchased an Economy Classic Plus fare for a two-way flight from Rome to Buenos Aires in August 2022. Despite paying extra to have the option to change my departure date, I encountered difficulties when I attempted to do so. I was not informed about the refund process and did not receive the full refund that I was entitled to. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund and an explanation from your company. I hope that this matter will be resolved promptly to avoid further escalation.Aggiungo che ho letto le condizioni del biglietto e che mi è dovuto un rimborso.
