We bought 3 tickets of Alitalia via their online travel agent company trip.com on 7th October 2021.Later we found out that actually Alitalia stopped selling tickets for flights after 18/10. Our complain is Alitalia thru their online agent such as trip.com have illegally sold flight tickets which were not valid and created lots of anxiety and concern as well as financial losses. Why trip.com is still allowed to issue alitalia tickets for flights after 15/10?
