Reclamo N° 260502

Hello, My mother (Eudochia Bobeica) lives in Asti, Italy ,she doesn't know how to use internet and asked me to tell you her problem with Italian Post. On the 3rd of December she sent a priority package to London, UK , she paid 75 euros and she was informed the package will arrive at destination in 3 days, there were some problems with UK post as the receiver was not contacted and after some time the package was sent back. It arrived somewhere in Italy, but the post office from Asti can't retrieve it. I have issued a complaint one month ago and they still can't get the package. Now they are sending an old lady to go and check in other cities to search the package. Please help us. Thank you P.S.
