Reclamo N° 181580

Dear Consumatori, our flight from Bergamo to Eindhoven on 13 March Reservation: TCFP7H is scheduled regularly, while we are not able to leave milan for the Corona Virus conditions. we were supposed to join our friend Marriage in Netherlands which is also Cancelled there is no sense to travel and yet Ryanair flights are scheduled normally and they wont accept refund or reservation changes. 70 Euro fee is applied on the changes and it is insane. I would like a refund or at least be able to change my reservation for another date and another destination without additional change fee. I would appreciate your kind consideration and advice
