Reclamo N° 274055

Ryanair ha perso il mio bagaglio e non risponde da quando sono arrivato a Napoli (20 giugno 2022). Nessuno dei telefoni funziona per i bagagli smarriti. Le mie valigie dovrebbero essere a Bergamo, ma anche io non ho potuto contattarle in merito, il telefono fornito sul sito: 39 035 36352 non funziona. Ho presentato il PIR e due moduli di richiesta, ma ancora una volta nessuna risposta. Vorrei un numero di contatto per parlare con un essere umano della compagnia aerea al più presto e un aggiornamento sulla situazione del bagaglio, se lo stanno cercando, non sembra che gli interessi dell'esistenza. _ Ryanair lost my luggage, and it’s unresponsive since I arrived in Napoli (20th June 2022). None of the telephones works for the lost luggage’s. My bags are supposed to be in Bergamo, but I also have not been able to contact them about it, the telephone provided on the website: 39 035 36352 does not work. I filed the PIR and two claim forms, but again, no answer. I would like a contact number to talk to a human from the airline ASAP and an update of the luggage situation, if they are looking for it, it does not seem that they care for the existence of it.
