Buongiorno, brevemente ho prenotato un volo Ryanair tramite Edream. La compagnia aerea per problemi loro ha annullato il volo riaccreditando a Edeams la cifra pagata, Edreams non mi ha, a sua volta rimborsato quanto pagato. Ho inviato a quest’ultima molte richieste di rimborso senza risposta. Ho cercato di mettere in sequenza cronologica tutta la documentazione in mio possesso.
