Dear ,
I'm sending this email regarding that a flight operator prevent me from onboarding the plan , his response that I'm not satisfied with the requirements.
At the same day which was 30th of May, I tried to contact the customer service of the airline company without any response.
The airline website ( Neos airline) refer to your website to contact also EU
However, I am sending to know if you can help me with this matter knowing that I have all proofs for the process.
I have spent money and effort for nothing. I hopefully find a refund for my situation.
