Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am on the 11th/May/2022, at https://shop.professionalservicecb.com/ Professional Service's Facebook Messenger asked if there was a hair dryer in IQ GAMA ROSE color, and they replied that they had it, so I ordered on the same day, and when I received it on the 12th/May, I opened the package and found that it was not the pink(ROSE) what I wanted. I immediately responded to them on Facebook messenger, they replied that they would confirm again and contact me again, but two weeks have passed, today I told them that I have not received any message and then they did not reply to me yet. Two weeks have passed, and I have no hair dryer can use, so I can only temporarily use the hair dryer that has been sent. I think this is an act of deceiving consumers, and connivance is not allowed! My appeal is that what I want to buy is a pink(ROSE) hair dryer. The final sale price on the Internet is 176.7 euros.
