Hello, I am Ahmed Abouyoussef, I live in Italy for 8 years, and I have finished my bachelor and master's degree from Bologna University. I am a highly motivated person. I always look forward to developing myself and my skills, Please check my CV. I have been working in logistics for 6 years, so after my graduation last year I have decided to do an advanced master's in supply chain and logistics as an investment to improve my professional skills. So I joined Rome business school in Italy, they told me we have only 5 posts for this master and scholarship and they have run this master's over the last 4 years, they asked me to write a motivation letter to get accepted, and I did, and I paid 5270.00 euros. I was extremely happy about this step in my life. Then many problems started to happen which was not expected and not written on the contract and discovered a lot of lies that they have told me about: 1- we are 35 students not "5 posts as they mentioned" 2 It was their first year to open this master not 4 years as the salesman told. 3-Their materials are so superficial, you can find them on YouTube and LinkedIn courses for free, so generic courses, nothing has information. 4-Most of their Italian professors have very low English skills in speaking and verbal " not even B1 level" 5- They have zero soft skills on windows and online meetings. 6-They have changed a course that was supposed to be recorded online and because of the copyrights they sent us the PDFs in black and white and they did not upload the lesson itself for the online students and gave us another thing. 7- They have a very complicated platform and they mixed the materials many times between courses and we had to complain many times until they fixed it. 8-The program coordinator could not organize her own job to fix our problems and our needs to respond to our emails in time. 9-They have been out of the schedule and late with the time plan they have established at the beginning. 10- They asked us to make a capstone project "a team from 4 individuals" all of the sudden after we have organized our teams and our projects the have changed and forced us to be 3 individuals and give us another project with "one-day" deadline to choose, after 3 months that we have already made our plan. 11- Boot camp was promised to implement the master but they ended up offering a field trip to a city so another promise they sold and did not deliver 12-They mixed multiple masters without giving us what we paid for and we touched on topics like human resources, accounting, Digitale, Entrepreneurship, and marketing so for such a generic view just wasting our time. If you do an investigation you will figure out more problems with other students. After all of these problems, I could not handle it anymore, I got so tired, and I felt so sorry about the money I have paid and the time of my life that I have wasted, I have letterly worked days and nights to gain this money and pay for something to help me to be more qualified for the labor market to be a strong competitor because the challenge is hard to find a well-paid job nowadays. I have asked them so kindly and begged them over a month to refund me because this masker is a joke and they crossed every limit, they ignored me then, they called me " the director" he literally told me "I know you are right Ahmed but it is not my decision ". I warned them I report them to the government I will post on social media and take it to the journalism what they have been doing they did not listen, they said nothing of the circumstances on the contract happened to refund you and we will not refund you, SORRY!! Also, all of these circumstances that happened were not written on the contract!!! They have offered me to start the master's from the beginning with a new academic semester this April "which means they have failed this year where I am enrolled and this is an indirect admission from them about this, and of course, I will not be accepted because I will not waste more time with such a fake school. I did it, I posted on Linkedin about what happened, and surprise... I was not the only one who felt this, But I was the only one who started to speak about the joke and scandal of their program on a social platform. Many people contacted me, last but not least, the Rome business school country manager in Nigeria wrote to me saying he is sorry about this and the school was not prepared for this master, we had a call he said he would try to help but they did not listen to him. Many students like me asked for a refund, and they got rejected, so sadly they said at least let's make this certificate on our CV. But I am not like them, I am Egyptian, I joined two revaluations in 2011 and 2013, we have changed two governments and sent two presents to the prison and judgment, I fight so hard to get my rights back, whatever it takes. I live in Italy alone since 2014, I have been working so hard on myself to be something and do something great, this school is a fraud, they are stealing people's money and destroying their dreams. They have sent me a letter threatening they make a criminal complaint against me because I posted the truth about them on social media ..." AM I THE CRIMINAL HERE? Did I sell a fake program to motivated students who wanted to have a better future? Please, You have to help me out to get my money back from this fraud school and protect me from them, also take action against them because they are manipulating other students. this school has to shut down, they will keep hurting more and more people, you can read it in the comments and the messages.
