Reclamo N° 280852

Hello, I booked online (housinganywhere) a studio on via San Martiniano 2 with Youhosty (Corso Italia 15b, Milano) in July 2022 for my son who started his studies in Milan and I paid the deposit and one month rent. We arrived on Saturday 27/08/2022 before the school start on Monday, to find the studio not cleaned, some parts actually filthy, with 30 degrees indoor with no proper AC. With no other options, we took our son to the hotel immediately and on Sunday morning we returned the keys, which was within the 48h free cancellation as per the platform. They refused to refund me even the deposit, which I find a real abuse. I would like to report their abusive conduct and recover at least my deposit. Thank you, Marius
