Reclamo N° 270960

Hello, I've rented a car with FRANK ROMA s.r.l. - FRANK AUTONOLEGGIO, Cars-Vans Rental & Luxury, Viale G.Giolitti 34 - 00185 - Roma, Stazione di Roma Termini - Stazione FFSS(binario 24). The name of the Driver: Vlad Alexandru Balan Rental period: 4th June 2022 08:20 -5th June 2022 08:20. After we gave back the car and the guy said everything is ok and we signed for closure of the rental, they've took 2500 euro from my card. They justified it by a so called scratch under the car, which was not there when we took back the car. Please help us investigate as I've tried the entire day today to call but nobody answered at their listed phone and by email they just sent some pictures with no date shown and an invoice made by them. Also at the return time they checked the car and said that it was return in perfect condition. Regards, Sabina Balan
