I bought a pair of shoes from: Identità S.R.L. +39 08831985747 https://identitashoes.it [email protected] After I received the shoes I asked the seller to change those to the bigger size (39 to 40). Identità S.R.L. sent me back THE SAME SHOES with the cut our size sign on the shoes and stickers with 40 on them. This is the FRAUD! I informed about this the Identità S.R.L. and sent the shoes back. They acknowledged that they reveiced the shoes and asked if I want to have the refund - I agreed! Identità S.R.L. informed me I will receive the refund 1-14 working days. After this time I did not receive the refund. Then they informed me that the payment is done and I will receive the money in 24-48 hours. I did not receive the money. It is already a month after our last communicatino - Identità S.R.L. is not replying anymore and there is no refund! Identità S.R.L. is a FRAUD! How can I cooperate with the Unione Nazionale Consumatori to receive my refund from Identità S.R.L.? And I please Unione Nazionale Consumatori to inspect Identità S.R.L. for fraudulent activities!
