Hello! Today at TIM office at Moscova, Milano; a collegue of TIM spoke to me in a very racist way! Her name is Glenda. I went there to ask details about internet for my apartment and a guy called Michele (i guess) helped me a lot. Also her friend Elisa. Then, Glenda came and spoke to them in Italian, and said that I don't have a valid document. My document was my residence permit from the questura of Milan. Anyway, Michele explain me why i cannot have internet etc, but then Glenda interrupt her colleague and started yelling at me, saying 5 times that my document is not valid as if I wasn't capable of understanding her. She said that I have to go away, she said that I don't understand her because I am not well educated. So, I keep calm. And I asked her name because on her badge the name was not visible. She refused to give her name to me. Which shows that she also knows that her actions were very very disrespectful. Then I found her name asking to someone else. All the other clients were shocked. Some of them even told me that this lady is always very aggressive to people. I am a client of TIM since the first day I came to Italy. I am studying architecture at Politecnico di Milano and at the same time working for the united Nations. Glenda, maybe, had a bad day. I understand but she works at TIM, which means, she represent TIM. And I am afraid, she represent TIM very bad in confront of the quality of the company.
