The train was cancelled and I didn't get any notification till I got the train station. So it is not just that I lost the money of the tickets, I had to buy 4 last minute tickets to arrive on time in Paris. I want my money back and an additional compensation based on the last minute cancel. 3 times already contacted the callcenter and they tell me to wait 30 days more every time.
