Dear Sirs,
On 4 March I made an order no 0403Y04BD2082F on Yoox in the amount of 752 EUR and returned most of the products on 5 March. Until now i did not receieve the refund although Yoox sais that tey refunded me in 21 April.
I also contacted paypal and they refused my request. Please help me to recover my money.
