Hi.
I am citizen of Azerbaijan. 3 month ago, I was working in Moscow (Russia), and ordered 2 pair of sunglasses via yooc.com. I have paid my order at 17.02.2022. Then after political situation in Russia dramatically changed, i return back to Azerbaijan. Latest order track note was at 24.02.2022. I soon as all this started, I have wrote dozens of e-mail to yoox. I was asking to change delivery address, as far as I have leaved Russia. But i got response that this is impossible because my order is at russian custom. For that reason I have wrote a letter of attorney for my friend, so he could pick up my order in the post office. But then I got a new letter, that my order is back at yoox's warehouse and that its impossible to send back my money because of sanctions on russian financial system. Then I asked them to send it to my Azerbaijani bank card or just send my order to Azerbaijan. But they refuse each of that options and just keep telling that they will send it as soon as it will be possible. But everyone knows, that this sanctions is not going to finish in near future. Thats why I don't know what can I do in this situation.
