Never seen such a terrible
service. I placed an order and it never
arrived at my place. Tried to contact Yoox
so they could send me my package and
they told me they will have to reimburse me
so I can replace a new order... the products
I purchased were the last ones and they
don't care and didn't even give me a time
for the reimburse. WORSE COMPANY
EVER!!! terrible customer service. Waist of
money and time
